Our Story
My name is Beth Fowler, I am a baker, crafter, teacher and mum of three.
I grew up in the States and moved to the UK at the age of 18. Since then, I have lived abroad in Switzerland and France before moving back to the UK to settle in this beautiful part of the Surrey hills.
Our Products
I enjoy baking (and eating) and using influences from my roots and from my time abroad. I try to use seasonal ingredients to produce a variety of baked goods such as autumnal Apple and Cinnamon Blondies, Christmassy flavoured fudge and summery Victoria Sponge.
My bakes are family favourites and prepared fresh every Thursday for the Friday market.
